Josh's passion for the Cape and Islands runs deep, and is what inspired him to pursue a career in Real Estate. Josh summered on Martha's Vineyard throughout his childhood and vowed to return to the Cape in his adult life. After completing a degree in geology at James Madison University, Josh landed a position as research assistant at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and settled in beautiful Falmouth. Josh became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2014 and started his journey in real estate at Village Properties of Osterville. He joined the team at Rand Atlantic in 2017. Josh brings a unique and diverse background and skillset to Rand Atlantic, stemming from his scientific career, position as a college basketball referee, and father of two young children. Josh has an understanding and a profound respect for the analytical and technological side of real estate but also realizes the extraordinary value of building relationships with his clients and understanding their individual needs. When Josh is not working with clients he can be found adventuring around the Cape with his wife, children, and dog.
