The town of Mashpee is often featured in vacation destination magazines, known for its fabulous resort communities such as New Seabury Country Club, Popponesset, Willowbend Country Club, and Southport’s all inclusive retirement community. There are miles of hiking and walking trails in Mashpee that wind through the huge reservations and waterfront such as Lowell Holly Reservation, Mashpee River Woodlands, South Cape Beach & the Quashnet River Corridor. 

South Cape Beach offers residents a long thin stretch of white sand on Nantucket Sound where you can fish right off the beach. Mashpee Wakeby Ponds provide delighted neighboring homes access to small craft boating and fishing. There is also a public beach and boat launch.
